eco Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "eco", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the company operating the eco-bet.cam website and its associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on eco.

eco is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket, football, and other sports betting, as well as slots, live casino, card games, and various other casino games for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between eco and its members.

By creating an account on the eco platform or using the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using eco.

1.1 Relationship with Other Policies

Alongside these Terms, eco's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines carry equal importance and are considered an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms will take precedence.

2 Account Registration

To place bets or play games on eco, you must create a personal account. The information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.1 Single Account Requirement

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended and any remaining balance may be forfeited. The same rule applies if multiple profiles are created using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or mobile banking account.

2.2 Account Verification

eco reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This may require a copy of a national ID card or passport, mobile number verification (OTP), and proof of ownership of the payment method. Failure to submit verification documents may delay the processing of withdrawal requests.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify eco's support team immediately. eco will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use by a third party.

3 Age and Eligibility

Members must be at least 21 years old to participate on eco (for ages 21+). Providing a false age at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

You must also confirm that:

• You are using eco voluntarily and of your own free will.
• Participating in online betting is applicable to you under your legal circumstances.
• You are using your own funds and are not placing bets on behalf of anyone else.
• Professional athletes, referees, or anyone directly connected to a sport may not place bets on that sport.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on eco is ৳500 (per method). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eco supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Please try to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit. eco does not support cryptocurrency or any other payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase due to account verification or delays in the banking system.

4.3 Payment Information Consistency

For withdrawal requests, the name on your eco account and the name on your payment account must match. Withdrawal requests may be rejected if the names differ.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

eco offers promotional bonuses from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit, the bonus is ৳1,500, total balance is ৳2,500, and wagering is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• You cannot withdraw directly from a bonus balance — only winnings after the wagering requirement is completed may be withdrawn.
• eco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Once a bonus is claimed, another bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or strategic use is found, eco may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.3 Other Ongoing Offers

eco also provides many other promotional offers, including a weekly deposit festival, Friday special rewards, slots bonus, and referral rewards. Detailed terms for each offer can be found on the offers page and those terms are also considered part of this document.

6 Betting Rules

Betting on eco is conducted under the following general rules:

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet will be considered valid only when the system has accepted it and the bet amount has been deducted from your balance. eco will not be liable if a bet is not confirmed due to network issues.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

In general, a bet cannot be cancelled once placed. However, in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or event cancellation on eco's part, the bet may be cancelled and the original bet amount refunded.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

For bets on cricket, football, or other sports, payouts are determined based on the result of the specified match or event. If a match does not start on time or is cancelled before completion, eco reserves the right to make a decision regarding bets on that event.

6.4 Live Casino and Slot Games

Results in live casino and slot games are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer methods. Once a round is completed, the result cannot be changed. If a connection is lost, the result will be recorded in the system once the round is completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eco:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or strategically complete wagering requirements.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain unfair advantages.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Using eco for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Impersonating eco staff or providing a false identity.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, eco may immediately close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to permanently close your account at any time by contacting eco's support team. You should withdraw any valid balance before closing.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by eco

eco may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms is proven.
• If information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can use eco's responsible gaming feature to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period. Read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines to learn more.

9 Limitation of Liability

eco is committed to providing a safe and reliable service. However, eco will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by technical issues, internet disruption, or third-party service interruptions.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing login details with others.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Not receiving expected winnings from betting or gaming — eco makes no guarantee of winnings.

In the event of any dispute, eco's system logs and transaction records will be treated as the definitive evidence.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

eco follows strict security rules when collecting, storing, and processing your personal information. SSL encryption is used on the site to keep your data secure.

How we use your information, who we may share it with, and what rights you have are all described in detail in eco's Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you are also giving your consent to the Privacy Policy.

11 Changes to Terms

eco reserves the right to change any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated and notification will be sent to the registered email address.

Continuing to use eco after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you have the option to close your account.

For important changes, eco will endeavour to give at least 7 days' notice. Immediate changes may also be made for urgent legal or security reasons.
